American early 20th century crafted from various oddities (including a child's crutch, a large gear, and an old boot) designed for delivering blows to the operator's posterior in swift and thorough fashion. Boot mechanism is connected by a series of hinges and pulleys to a rope handle which, when pulled, raises the boot at a speed rate consistent with the strength of the pull. Decorated with various paraphernalia including a "LUBRICATION" plaque, a novelty carved cartoon head on a spring, and a sign reading "Ya want your ass kicked?"
