Jacobus Harrewijn (1660-1727), member of the Harrewijn family of engravers from Brussels, produced a series of plans of fortified cities published by Eugène-Henri Fricx (1644-1730), with the purpose of depicting the military events surrounding the cities.

Original copperplate etching/engravings published in 1711. Signed in the plate by the engraver. Image is clean and paper is well-preserved.
